Can you ship my order?

Yes we can, we ship all over the country

How long will it take to get my order?

We ship 2-5 day shipping through USPS

What is your return policy?

For in store purchases we offer store credit or exchange within 14 days. For Shipped orders, please contact us within 10 days of purchase for a return authorization, and then you will ship the item back to us (you are responsible for shipping returns) and we will issue an credit or ship the exchanged item. The items must be in original condition (tags attached, unworn, unwashed). 

Can I return sale items?

No, all of our clearance and sale items are final sale, no returns or exchanges.

Can I order Beaufort Bonnet items online?

No, due to brand restrictions we are not able to sell TBBC through our website, but you can contact us through phone, email, or social media to discuss purchasing those items.

Do you offer embroidery options?

Yes! You can add on embroidery either in store, or through the Embroidery tab under Occasions. Then you may either write a note on your order or contact us for the details of your design. We only embroider items purchased from our store. 

Do you have multiple locations?

No, we are a single location small business, owned by Julie Zieg.
