RETURNS

We will accept returns for store credit within 14 days of the original delivery date or days of the in-store purchase. Email us at lubberdubbers1@gmail.com for an RA. Packages will not be accepted without an RA attached. Original shipping fees are not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Please ship back via trackable shipping method.

Store credit will be given via the payment method that was used.

Returned items must be in original condition, with tags attached. This includes unworn, free of smoke, pet hair and any odors. TOYS, BOOKS, JEWELRY, HAIR ACCESSORIES and SOCKS/TIGHTS are FINAL SALES.

All PRE-ORDERS, CLEARANCE ITEMS and SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

We do not offer any refunds at this time.

We do not offer price adjustments.

Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it.

ORDER CANCELLATION

No refunds will be issued for order cancellations. Store credit will be issued if the customer wishes to cancel an order for in stock items. Pre-orders cannot be canceled.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are processed within 24-72 business hours. Please note, additional shipping fees may apply on orders with large items. For Personalized items please allow up to 2-4 weeks. During promotions, please allow extra time for processing due to high volume of orders.
